Die Manufacturing Processes
In our die design process, we utilize industry leading engineering software such as VISI CAD and AutoForm to analyze and optimize every project in a fully digital environment.
With our advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers and high precision wire EDM equipment, we perform every stage of die manufacturing entirely in house.
Upon completion of manufacturing, each die undergoes comprehensive tryout and optimization processes under the supervision of our project managers and technical specialists.
