How to Fill Out the Job Application Form?

All job applications to Paye Makina ve Metal Üretim Tic. A.Ş. are accepted online. The application process consists of 4 steps.

  • You must fill out the Job Application Form, which includes the position you are applying for and your personal information.
  • After completing your personal information, please fill out the Professional Qualification Form so we can assess whether you have the qualities required for the role.
  • You must fill out the Professional Qualification Form, which includes technical questions related to the position you are applying for.
  • If invited, the process is completed with an interview at our facility with Human Resources and the Department Manager. You will receive feedback, positive or negative, after the interview.
Working Hours
  • 1st Shift: 07:30 – 17:30
  • 2nd Shift: 17:30 – 03:30
  • Overtime: 17:30 – 20:30
  • Saturday Day Shift End: 15:45
  • Saturday Evening Shift End: 23:45
Salary Policy
  1. Salaries are deposited to the bank account on the 5th business day of each month (may vary by 1-2 days).
  2. An employee's starting wage is stated as GROSS in the employment contract.
  3. The weekly day off is Sunday. However, depending on the workplace and workload, the weekly day off may be scheduled on or changed to any other day.
  4. The weekday overtime rate is 50%; it is 100% on Saturdays, Sundays, and official holidays.
  5. Wage adjustments may be made once a year.
  6. Performance evaluation results also affect wage increases. In the first raise period, you receive a raise proportional to the months you have worked. In subsequent raise periods, raises are based on the performance system.
  7. If an employee resigns voluntarily within 2 months, the cost of the work clothing issued to them is deducted from their salary.
